Yamada Language Center hosts 2 to 3 workshops, discussions, or trainings every Fall, Winter, and Spring. Topics are focused on a variety of topics, from technology, to diversity in language teaching. Whatever it may be, these sessions aim to educate and enrich the attendees in their teaching, and to create a space in which discussion on the topic can be openly shared. Natural Language Programming with Google Gemini and Claude Code

Come to YLC on Wednesday, April 22nd from 12:00 to 1:00 PM to view a presentation from Dustin Robson on 'Natural Language Programming'. Colloquially known as 'vibecoding', attendees will learn what it means to vibecode, and how recent developments in natural language programming can now allow them to turn their ideas into software more quickly than ever before. Tutorials of how to begin building with the tools will be shown, from step 1 all the way to a working prototype, along with several other examples of tools and software created by YLC within AI Studio and Claude Code.
